For all parents, guardians and carers with a little one up to early walkers. Join us for a rejuvenating parent and babies pilates session.

We've got the mats covered, and feel free to bring along your baby's favourite toys to keep them happily entertained while you focus on some well-deserved self-care. It's a perfect blend of relaxation and bonding time.

£4 a session or £2.50 donation tickets are also available.
